Surah The cattle [Al-Anaam] Ayah 165 Location Maccah Number 6
وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرۡيَةٍ أَكَٰبِرَ مُجۡرِمِيهَا لِيَمۡكُرُواْ فِيهَاۖ وَمَا يَمۡكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُونَ [١٢٣]
Så har vi i varje stad låtit dess storförbrytare smida planer i den. Men de smider planer bara mot sig själva, utan att de inser det.
