Surah Spoils of war, booty [Al-Anfal] Ayah 75 Location Madanah Number 8
وَلَوۡ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِمۡ خَيۡرٗا لَّأَسۡمَعَهُمۡۖ وَلَوۡ أَسۡمَعَهُمۡ لَتَوَلَّواْ وَّهُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ [٢٣]
Om Gud hade sett något gott i dem, hade han låtit dem höra. Men om han lät dem höra skulle de ändå vända sig bort i motvilja.
