يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
Ӯ ҳар киро бихоҳад, азоб мекунад ва бар ҳар ки бихоҳад, раҳмат меоварад ва [ҳамагӣ] ба сӯяш бозгардонда мешавед
