يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
21. அவன் நாடியவர்களை வேதனை செய்வான்; அவன் நாடியவர்களுக்கு அருள்புரிவான். அவனளவிலேயே நீங்கள் திருப்பப்படுவீர்கள்.''
