Surah Repentance [At-Taubah] Ayah 129 Location Madanah Number 9
وَلَا تُعۡجِبۡكَ أَمۡوَٰلُهُمۡ وَأَوۡلَٰدُهُمۡۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ أَن يُعَذِّبَهُم بِهَا فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَتَزۡهَقَ أَنفُسُهُمۡ وَهُمۡ كَٰفِرُونَ [٨٥]
85. அவர்களுடைய செல்வங்களும் அவர்களுடைய சந்ததிகளும் (அதிகரித்திருப்பது) உம்மை ஆச்சரியப்படுத்த வேண்டாம். (ஏனென்றால்) அவற்றைக்கொண்டு இவ்வுலகிலேயே அவர்களைத் துன்புறுத்துவதையும், அவர்கள் (கர்வம்கொண்டு) நிராகரித்த வண்ணமே அவர்களின் உயிர் போவதையும்தான் அல்லாஹ் விரும்புகிறான்.
