Surah Joseph [Yusuf] Ayah 111 Location Maccah Number 12
۞ وَمَآ أُبَرِّئُ نَفۡسِيٓۚ إِنَّ ٱلنَّفۡسَ لَأَمَّارَةُۢ بِٱلسُّوٓءِ إِلَّا مَا رَحِمَ رَبِّيٓۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ [٥٣]
“நான், என் ஆன்மா தூய்மையானது என கூற மாட்டேன், என் இறைவன் அருள் புரிந்தாலே தவிர. ஆன்மாக்கள் பாவத்தை அதிகம் தூண்டக்கூடியவையாக இருக்கின்றன. நிச்சயமாக என் இறைவன் மகா மன்னிப்பாளன், பெரும் கருணையாளன்” (என்று யூஸுஃப் கூறினார்).
