يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
அவன், தான் நாடியவர்களை தண்டிப்பான்; இன்னும், அவன் தான் நாடியவர் மீது கருணை காட்டுவான். இன்னும், அவனிடமே நீங்கள் திரும்பக் கொண்டு வரப்படுவீர்கள்.
