Surah The Table Spread [Al-Maeda] Ayah 120 Location Madanah Number 5
لَقَدۡ أَخَذۡنَا مِيثَٰقَ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ وَأَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡهِمۡ رُسُلٗاۖ كُلَّمَا جَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولُۢ بِمَا لَا تَهۡوَىٰٓ أَنفُسُهُمۡ فَرِيقٗا كَذَّبُواْ وَفَرِيقٗا يَقۡتُلُونَ [٧٠]
திட்டமாக இஸ்ரவேலர்களின் உறுதிமொழியை நாம் வாங்கினோம். இன்னும், அவர்களிடம் (பல) தூதர்களை அனுப்பினோம். அவர்களுடைய மனம் விரும்பாதவற்றை இறைத் தூதர் ஒருவர் அவர்களிடம் கொண்டு வந்தபோதெல்லாம் அவர்கள் (நமது தூதர்களில்) சிலரை பொய்ப்பித்தனர், இன்னும், சிலரை கொன்றார்கள்.
