خَافِضَةٞ رَّافِعَةٌ [٣]
(அது, பாவிகளை நரகத்தில்) தாழ்த்தக்கூடியதும், (நல்லவர்களை சொர்க்கத்தில்) உயர்த்தக்கூடியதும் ஆகும்.
