Surah The Cow [Al-Baqara] Ayah 286 Location Madanah Number 2
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱتَّبِعُواْ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ قَالُواْ بَلۡ نَتَّبِعُ مَآ أَلۡفَيۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ ءَابَآءَنَآۚ أَوَلَوۡ كَانَ ءَابَآؤُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَا يَهۡتَدُونَ [١٧٠]
அல்லாஹ் இறக்கியதைப் பின்பற்றுங்கள் என அவர்களுக்குக் கூறப்பட்டால், "மாறாக, எங்கள் மூதாதைகளை எதன் மீது நாங்கள் பெற்றோமோ அதையே பின்பற்றுவோம்" எனக் கூறுகிறார்கள். அவர்களுடைய மூதாதைகள் எதையும் அறியாதவர்களாகவும் நேர்வழி பெறாதவர்களாகவும் இருந்தாலுமா?
