يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
அவன் தான் நாடியவரை வேதனை செய்வான்; நாடியவருக்கு கருணை காட்டுவான். அவனிடமே நீங்கள் திரும்பக் கொண்டு வரப்படுவீர்கள்.
