Surah Divorce [At-Talaq] Ayah 12 Location Madanah Number 65
وَكَأَيِّن مِّن قَرۡيَةٍ عَتَتۡ عَنۡ أَمۡرِ رَبِّهَا وَرُسُلِهِۦ فَحَاسَبۡنَٰهَا حِسَابٗا شَدِيدٗا وَعَذَّبۡنَٰهَا عَذَابٗا نُّكۡرٗا [٨]
எத்தனையோ ஊர்கள் தமது இறைவனின் கட்டளையையும் அவனுடைய தூதர்களின் கட்டளையையும் மீறின. நாம் அவற்றை கடுமையான விசாரணையால் விசாரித்தோம். இன்னும் அவற்றை மோசமான தண்டனையால் வேதனை செய்தோம்.
