Surah The heights [Al-Araf] Ayah 206 Location Maccah Number 7
وَمَا تَنقِمُ مِنَّآ إِلَّآ أَنۡ ءَامَنَّا بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّنَا لَمَّا جَآءَتۡنَاۚ رَبَّنَآ أَفۡرِغۡ عَلَيۡنَا صَبۡرٗا وَتَوَفَّنَا مُسۡلِمِينَ [١٢٦]
“எங்கள் இறைவனின் அத்தாட்சிகளை -அவை எங்களிடம் வந்தபோது- நாங்கள் நம்பிக்கை கொண்டோம் என்பதற்காகவே தவிர (வேறு எதற்கும்) எங்களை நீ பழிக்கவில்லை” (என்று ஃபிர்அவ்னிடம் கூறினர். பிறகு) “எங்கள் இறைவா! எங்கள் மீது பொறுமையை இறக்கு! முஸ்லிம்களாக(உனக்கு முற்றிலும் பணிந்தவர்களாக) எங்க(ள் உயிர்க)ளை கைப்பற்று!” (என்று) கூறினர்.
