لِيَقۡطَعَ طَرَفٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَوۡ يَكۡبِتَهُمۡ فَيَنقَلِبُواْ خَآئِبِينَ [١٢٧]
ఆయన ఇదంతా సత్యతిరస్కారంపై నడిచేవారిని కొందరిని నశింపజేయటానికి, లేదా వారు ఘోర పరాజయం పొంది ఆశాభంగంతో వెనుదిరిగి పోవటానికి (చేశాడు).
