Surah The Table Spread [Al-Maeda] Ayah 120 Location Madanah Number 5
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡخَمۡرُ وَٱلۡمَيۡسِرُ وَٱلۡأَنصَابُ وَٱلۡأَزۡلَٰمُ رِجۡسٞ مِّنۡ عَمَلِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِ فَٱجۡتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ [٩٠]
ఓ విశ్వాసులారా! నిశ్చయంగా మధ్యపానం,[1] జూదం, బలిపీఠం మీద బలి ఇవ్వటం (అన్సాబ్)[2] మరియు శకునానికై బాణాల ప్రయోగం (అజ్లామ్) ఇవన్నీ కేవలం అసహ్యకరమైన షైతాన్ చేష్టలు, కావున మీరు సాఫల్యం పొందాలంటే వీటిని త్యజించండి.
