Surah The night journey [Al-Isra] Ayah 111 Location Maccah Number 17
وَإِذَآ أَرَدۡنَآ أَن نُّهۡلِكَ قَرۡيَةً أَمَرۡنَا مُتۡرَفِيهَا فَفَسَقُواْ فِيهَا فَحَقَّ عَلَيۡهَا ٱلۡقَوۡلُ فَدَمَّرۡنَٰهَا تَدۡمِيرٗا [١٦]
และเมื่อเราปรารถนาที่จะทำลายเมืองใด เราก็สั่งบรรดาผู้มั่งมีของเมืองนั้น (ให้เชื่อฟังอัลลอฮ์) แล้วพวกเขาก็ฝ่าฝืนคำสั่งนั้น ดังนั้นพระดำรัส (แห่งการลงโทษ) จึงมีผลบังคับใช้กับเมืองนั้น แล้วเราทำลายมันด้วยการทำลายล้างจนหมดสิ้น
