Surah The Cow [Al-Baqara] Ayah 286 Location Madanah Number 2
وَعَلَّمَ ءَادَمَ ٱلۡأَسۡمَآءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمۡ عَلَى ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنۢبِـُٔونِي بِأَسۡمَآءِ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ [٣١]
และพระองค์ได้ทรงสอนบรรดานามของทุกสรรพสิ่งแก่อาดัม หลังจากนั้นพระองค์ทรงนำสรรพสิ่งเหล่านั้นมาแสดงให้แก่บรรดามลาอิกะฮ์ แล้วทรงตรัสว่า: “พวกเจ้าจงบอกบรรดานามของสรรพสิ่งเหล่านั้นแก่ข้า หากพวกเจ้าเป็นผู้พูดจริง”
