Surah The Believers [Al-Mumenoon] Ayah 118 Location Maccah Number 23
وَأَنزَلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءَۢ بِقَدَرٖ فَأَسۡكَنَّٰهُ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابِۭ بِهِۦ لَقَٰدِرُونَ [١٨]
และเราได้หลั่งน้ำลงมาจากฟากฟ้าด้วยปริมาณที่เหมาะสม แล้วเราได้ให้มันขังอยู่ในแผ่นดิน และแท้จริงเราสามารถที่จะทำให้มันเหือดหายไปได้อย่างแน่นอน
