مَا تَسۡبِقُ مِنۡ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡخِرُونَ [٤٣]
ไม่มีประชาชาติใดที่จะได้รับการลงโทษก่อนกำหนดของมัน และก็จะไม่ล่าช้ากว่ากำหนดเช่นกัน
