يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
พระองค์ทรงลงโทษผู้ที่พระองค์ทรงประสงค์ และทรงเมตตาผู้ที่พระองค์ทรงประสงค์ และยังพระองค์เท่านั้นพวกเจ้าจะถูกหันกลับ
