Surah The victory [Al-Fath] Ayah 29 Location Madanah Number 48
وَلِلَّهِ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ يَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا [١٤]
และอำนาจเด็ดขาดแห่งชั้นฟ้าทั้งหลายและแผ่นดินนั้นเป็นของอัลลอฮ์ พระองค์จะทรงอภัยแก่ผู้ที่พระองค์ทรงประสงค์ และจะทรงลงโทษผู้ที่พระองค์ทรงประสงค์ และอัลลอฮ์นั้นเป็นผู้ทรงอภัย ผู้ทรงปราณีเสมอ
