Surah The Table Spread [Al-Maeda] Ayah 120 Location Madanah Number 5
وَٱلسَّارِقُ وَٱلسَّارِقَةُ فَٱقۡطَعُوٓاْ أَيۡدِيَهُمَا جَزَآءَۢ بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَٰلٗا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٞ [٣٨]
และขโมยชายและขโมยหญิงนั้นจงตัดมือของเขาทั้งสอง ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นการลงโทษในสิ่งที่ทั้งสองนั้นได้กระทำไว้ เพื่อเป็นเยี่ยงอย่างการลงโทษจากอัลลอฮ์ และอัลลอฮ์คือผู้ทรงเดชานุภาพ ผู้ทรงปรีชาญาณ
