Surah Spoils of war, booty [Al-Anfal] Ayah 75 Location Madanah Number 8
وَإِذَا تُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتُنَا قَالُواْ قَدۡ سَمِعۡنَا لَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَقُلۡنَا مِثۡلَ هَٰذَآ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّآ أَسَٰطِيرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ [٣١]
และเมื่อโองการของเราถูกอ่านแก่พวกเขา พวกเขาก็กล่าวว่า "เราได้ยินแล้ว หากเราต้องการ แน่นอนเราก็จะกล่าวเช่นเดียวกันนี้ (เช่นเดียวกับอัลกุรอาน) สิ่งนี้ไม่ใช่อะไร นอกจากเป็นเพียงเรื่องเล่าของคนในอดีตเท่านั้น"
