Surah The Believers [Al-Mumenoon] Ayah 118 Location Maccah Number 23
قُلۡ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبۡعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ [٨٦]
Yedi kat göklerin Rabbi, azametli Arş'ın Rabbi kimdir? diye sor.
