وَإِن مِّن شَيۡءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ [٢١]
Bất kỳ thứ gì, kho tài nguyên của nó cũng đều nằm ở nơi TA, nhưng TA chỉ ban nó xuống theo một định lượng rõ ràng.
