إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ مِن كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ سَبَبٗا [٨٤]
Quả thật, TA (Allah) đã để Y (Zdul-Qarnain) định cư trên trái đất và TA đã ban cho Y đầy đủ phương tiện cần thiết về mọi mặt.
