يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
Ngài trừng phạt ai Ngài muốn và khoan dung đối với ai Ngài muốn. Rồi đây các ngươi sẽ được đưa về trình điện Ngài.
