Surah The Romans [Ar-Room] Ayah 60 Location Maccah Number 30
وَإِن كَانُواْ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيۡهِم مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦ لَمُبۡلِسِينَ [٤٩]
Và trước khi mưa được ban xuống cho họ thì họ đã trở nên tuyệt vọng (trong sự mong đợi nó).
