Surah Council, Consultation [Ash-Shura] Ayah 53 Location Maccah Number 42
لَهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ [١٢]
Mọi chìa khóa (kho tài nguyên) của các tầng trời và trái đất đều là của Ngài. Ngài muốn nới rộng hoặc thu hẹp bổng lộc cho ai là tùy ý Ngài. Quả thật, Ngài là Đấng Hằng Biết tất cả mọi thứ.
