فَقَدَرۡنَا فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡقَٰدِرُونَ [٢٣]
TA đã định đoạt (cho sự ra đời của ngươi), và TA là Đấng Định Đoạt vượt trội và ưu việt nhất.
