وَمَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٞ مَّعۡلُومٞ [٤]
4. En nooit hebben Wij een stad vernietigd zonder dat er een bekend besluit voor was.
