Surah The Standard [Al-Furqan] Ayah 77 Location Maccah Number 25
وَلَوۡ شِئۡنَا لَبَعَثۡنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرۡيَةٖ نَّذِيرٗا [٥١]
If We had willed, We could have sent to each town a warner[28].
