مَّلۡعُونِينَۖ أَيۡنَمَا ثُقِفُوٓاْ أُخِذُواْ وَقُتِّلُواْ تَقۡتِيلٗا [٦١]
They are cursed; wherever they are found they should be seized and killed outright[52].
