Surah The Believers [Al-Mumenoon] Ayah 118 Location Maccah Number 23
وَلَقَدۡ أَخَذۡنَٰهُم بِٱلۡعَذَابِ فَمَا ٱسۡتَكَانُواْ لِرَبِّهِمۡ وَمَا يَتَضَرَّعُونَ [٧٦]
Und Wir haben sie ja bereits mit der Strafe ergriffen. Aber weder unterwarfen sie sich ihrem Herrn noch flehten sie demütig.
