Surah The Spider [Al-Ankaboot] Ayah 69 Location Maccah Number 29
يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
かれは、かれがお望みの者を罰せられ、かれがお望みの者にご慈悲をおかけ下さる。そしてかれの御許にこそ、あなた方は戻されるのだ。
