Surah Council, Consultation [Ash-Shura] Ayah 53 Location Maccah Number 42
وَمَآ أَصَٰبَكُم مِّن مُّصِيبَةٖ فَبِمَا كَسَبَتۡ أَيۡدِيكُمۡ وَيَعۡفُواْ عَن كَثِيرٖ [٣٠]
（人々よ、）いかなる災難であれ、あなた方に降りかかったものは、あなた方の手が稼いだ（悪）事ゆえのこと[1]。そして、かれは多く（の悪行）を大目に見られる[2]。
