ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ٱكۡتَالُواْ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَسۡتَوۡفُونَ [٢]
（彼らは、）自分たちが（買うため、）人々に升（や秤[1]）で量らせる時には、（自分たちの権利を）全うさせる者たち。
