Surah The Star [An-Najm] Ayah 62 Location Maccah Number 53
إِنۡ هِيَ إِلَّآ أَسۡمَآءٞ سَمَّيۡتُمُوهَآ أَنتُمۡ وَءَابَآؤُكُم مَّآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلۡطَٰنٍۚ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَمَا تَهۡوَى ٱلۡأَنفُسُۖ وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَهُم مِّن رَّبِّهِمُ ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ [٢٣]
Os ídolos não são senão nomes que nomeastes - vós e vossos pais - dos quais Allah não fez descer comprovação alguma. Eles não seguem senão as conjeturas e aquilo pelo qual as almas se apaixonam. E, com efeito, chegou-lhes a Orientação de seu Senhor.
