Surah The Cow [Al-Baqara] Ayah 286 Location Madanah Number 2
وَٱسۡتَعِينُواْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلۡخَٰشِعِينَ [٤٥]
45. Busquen socorro en la paciencia y la oración. El cumplimiento de la oración es difícil, excepto para los que se someten humildemente [a Dios];
