எல்லாப் புகழும் வானங்கள் இன்னும் பூமியின் படைப்பாளனாகிய; வானவர்களை (நபிமார்களிடம் அனுப்பப்படுகிற) தூதர்களாகவும் இரண்டு இரண்டு, மூன்று மூன்று, நான்கு நான்கு இறக்கைகளை உடையவர்களாகவும் ஆக்கக் கூடியவனாகிய அல்லாஹ்விற்கே உரியது. அவன் படைப்புகளில் தான் நாடுவதை அதிகப்படுத்துவான். நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் எல்லாவற்றின் மீதும் பேராற்றல் உள்ளவன்.
