Surah Spoils of war, booty [Al-Anfal] Ayah 75 Location Madanah Number 8
۞ إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَآبِّ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلۡبُكۡمُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ [٢٢]
Allah katında canlıların en kötüsü (hakka karşı) sağır ve dilsiz kimselerdir ki, onlar akletmezler.
