Serving the Holy Quran by making its recitation, memorization, interpretation, and translation accessible to all Muslims is the aspiration of every Muslim and has been the primary goal of the Electronic Da’wah Committee (EDC) since its founding. Established to serve Islam and Muslims worldwide in various languages, the committee has continually embraced modern technology to promote Quranic knowledge. In 2012, the committee launched its first practical step with a dedicated website for sharing Quranic sciences and translations.
The committee aims for the Al-Jami` for the Sciences of Qur’an Project to become the largest and most complete resource, the premier destination for those devoted to the Quran. Our commitment to covering every aspect of Quranic studies only strengthens our resolve to expand and continually enhance the project.
The goal of the Al-Jami` for the Sciences of Qur’an and Translations Website is to become a trusted source for Quranic knowledge in all its branches: interpretation and its principles, Tajweed, Quranic readings, and Arabic language studies. We hope this site positively impacts accessibility, content enrichment, and ease of use for researchers and readers. We work to provide as much Quranic science content as possible for free download and browsing. Copyright-protected books are included with basic information (cover, title, description, author, and publisher), and full downloads are available only if authors provide permission.
