Surah The Traducer [Al-Humaza] Ayah 9 Location Makkah Number 104
وَیۡلࣱ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةࣲ لُّمَزَةٍ ﴿1﴾
WOE TO EVERY slanderer, back-biter,
ٱلَّذِی جَمَعَ مَالࣰا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ ﴿2﴾
Who amasses wealth and hordes it.
یَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُۥۤ أَخۡلَدَهُۥ ﴿3﴾
Does he think his wealth will abide for ever with him?
كَلَّاۖ لَیُنۢبَذَنَّ فِی ٱلۡحُطَمَةِ ﴿4﴾
By no means. He will be thrown into Hutama.
وَمَاۤ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡحُطَمَةُ ﴿5﴾
How will you comprehend what Hutama is?
نَارُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُوقَدَةُ ﴿6﴾
It is the fire kindled by God
ٱلَّتِی تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةِ ﴿7﴾
Which penetrates the hearts
إِنَّهَا عَلَیۡهِم مُّؤۡصَدَةࣱ ﴿8﴾
(And) vaults them over
فِی عَمَدࣲ مُّمَدَّدَةِۭ ﴿9﴾
In extending columns.
