Surah The Traducer [Al-Humaza] Ayah 9 Location Makkah Number 104

وَیۡلࣱ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةࣲ لُّمَزَةٍ ﴿1﴾

Ruin is for every open slanderer, backbiter.

ٱلَّذِی جَمَعَ مَالࣰا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ ﴿2﴾

Who accumulated wealth and hoarded it, counting.

یَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُۥۤ أَخۡلَدَهُۥ ﴿3﴾

Does he think that his wealth will prolong his stay on earth forever?

كَلَّاۖ لَیُنۢبَذَنَّ فِی ٱلۡحُطَمَةِ ﴿4﴾

Never! He will certainly be thrown into the Crushing One.

وَمَاۤ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡحُطَمَةُ ﴿5﴾

And what have you understood what the Crushing One is!

نَارُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُوقَدَةُ ﴿6﴾

The fire of Allah, that is ablaze.

ٱلَّتِی تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةِ ﴿7﴾

Which will climb on to the hearts.

إِنَّهَا عَلَیۡهِم مُّؤۡصَدَةࣱ ﴿8﴾

Indeed it will be shut over them.

فِی عَمَدࣲ مُّمَدَّدَةِۭ ﴿9﴾
